Virtual Family-to-Family Classes
NAMI Vermont now has two Fall 2025 Family-to-Family classes open for registration!
Support a loved one with a mental health condition while also taking care of yourself by joining our Family-to-Family classes this fall! This free, 8-week program is designed to provide families with the tools and resources to better understand mental health and support their loved ones. Classes are free and virtual to allow us to reach the greatest number of people across the state!
Thursdays starting Sept. 25, 6:30–9:00 PM
Wednesdays starting Oct. 8, 6:00–8:30 PM
