All Learners Network (ALN) is an organization dedicated to equitable access to quality math instruction for all students.  ALN’s mission is to cultivate a community of educators who promote math equity and inclusion for all students. We do this through providing in-person and virtual professional development for schools and districts; virtual workshops; on-demand courses; math instructional resources; collaboration spaces for peer communities; and virtual coaching. We’re a team of mission-driven professionals committed to equitable access to quality math instruction for all students.

Who We Need:
All Learners Network (ALN) seeks a highly-motivated, self-starting marketing professional who wants to join a small but mighty team and learn and grow with us. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Impact, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to develop and execute impactful campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving significant brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and authentically representing ALN’s services and mission across diverse marketing channels. We require a results-oriented individual with an ability to execute multiple deliverables at once, but also a vibrant enthusiasm and energy to their work. A background in compelling writing, coupled with proven experience in content creation across various platforms and a keen eye for design, is essential. Deeply committed to our mission, the ideal candidate will be driven to excel in the hands-on execution of designing, writing, and copyediting impactful marketing content. This role has the option to be fully in-person or hybrid at the All Learners Network office in Burlington, Vermont.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create strong, short-form content for marketing and social media use, quickly and with minimal oversight
  • Design slide decks, social media posts, and graphics for marketing emails and the website
  • Support the execution and promotion of events, conferences, podcasts, workshops, and webinars
  • Track and report on metrics and work with the Director of Impact to nimbly make changes as needed
  • Manage the social media calendar, ensuring a steady drumbeat of strategic content is issued across channels such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Take ownership of the weekly blog post calendar, ensuring each post is strategically planned, optimized with relevant keywords, and meticulously copyedited for accuracy and clarityWhat We Are Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of marketing or social media experience for a brand/organization
  • Strong eye for impactful design
  • Experience following a brand guide
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into shorter-form content
  • Experience with utilizing WYSIWYG web builders (Hubspot, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple priority projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, ConstantContact, etc.)
  • Project management skills and experience with a project management tool (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Video editing skills is a plus
  • Introductory SEO knowledge, keyword experience, and/or digital advertising experience is a plus

Salary Range:  $50,000 – $60,000
Salary commensurate with experience
