Start the new year with a resolution that truly lasts — less stress, more balance, and greater resilience. Join us for an interactive workshop series designed to help professionals reduce stress, boost productivity, and strengthen emotional well-being.
This workshop series introduces proven techniques—such as Breathwork, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, Meditation, and Creative Therapy—led by expert guest practitioners. Sessions alternate between hands-on practice and facilitated discussions that connect mindfulness tools to real-world business challenges. These are not passive lectures. You will gain practical strategies, space for reflection, and a supportive network of peers.
Facilitated by Zuzana Brochu, a long-time local business professional who will be joined by guest speakers and practitioners, this series offers experiential learning for leaders, entrepreneurs, and employees seeking balance and clarity in today’s fast-paced world.
