Turning Challenges into Opportunities with an Appreciative Lens

There can be a lot to feel negative about in today’s world, so how can we stay positive AND achieve organizational goals? One way is to practice appreciative inquiry (AI)!

Join us as Lisa Rees, a leadership coach and AI practitioner, shares her discovery of AI, how she uses it to help leaders and organizations lead change, and how you can use it every day. During our time together, you will have an opportunity to focus on a challenge you are currently facing, and leave with actionable steps you can take to overcome them.
