Free

The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont (NAMI Vermont) is excited to announce that their fall NAMI Basics class is open for registration! This free, six-week educational course is designed for parents and caregivers of youths under the age of 22 living with mental health conditions.

Here are the details for our upcoming class:

VIRTUAL via Zoom
Six-week Course (Sept. 30 to Nov. 4)
Tuesdays, 6:30–9:00 p.m.
Start Date: September 30
Cost: FREE
Hosted by the NAMI Vermont Virtual Affiliate

Each class will be led by trained volunteers who have firsthand experience caring for youth with mental health challenges. Their personal insights allow them to guide discussions with empathy and equip families with essential tools, knowledge, and support.

You will benefit the most from this class by attending all the sessions! If the dates and times conflict, please sign up for our waitlist for our next Basics class. Once you register, one of our Basics teachers will follow up with you to discuss and confirm your interest in this program.

Visit namivt.org/basics to learn more and register for a class.
