BYP Learns: The Strengths Shift

March 12 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day? Do you even know what you do best?

Success doesn’t come from trying to be “well-rounded.” In fact, performing at your best comes from focusing on what you naturally do best. In this interactive session, we’ll introduce you to the power of strengths-based development and the CliftonStrengths® assessment. You’ll discover how identifying and leveraging your unique talents can help you:

– Boost personal and team performance

– Lead with authenticity

– Increase employee engagement and motivation

– Combat burnout and stress

This session is designed for those eager to understand themselves better and make a bigger impact at work, at home, and in their communities. Whether you’re just starting to explore your strengths or looking to take your development to the next level, this event will provide a solid foundation to help you thrive. Join us and take the first step toward a strengths-based approach that’s all about “better me + better you = better us.”

You do not need to take the CliftonStrengths assessment to participate in this event.

Schedule:
