Ask the Expert: Get Your Mental Health Questions Answered
June 16 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
FreeThis June, the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont (NAMI Vermont) invites you to join a Community Conversation on mental health. Ask the Expert: Get Your Mental Health Questions Answered will feature psychiatrists Dr. Robert Althoff and Dr. Steven Schlozman, who will share their professional perspectives on mental health and answer your questions.
This event is part of a series of mental health-focused Community Conversations organized by NAMI Vermont in Grand Isle and Chittenden Counties. These Community Conversations are free and open to the public—anyone can join, whether they’re a family member, peer, advocate, or simply interested in mental health.
Mental health is a significant concern today. Youth and adults are struggling with mental health, and families are finding it increasingly challenging to access the help they need. Let’s talk about it.
Participants will enjoy an interactive Q&A segment, free mental health resources, light refreshments, and connections with other community members who care about mental health.
Thanks to the University of Vermont Medical Center’s Community Health Investment Fund for providing the financial support to make this series possible.
Registration is encouraged, but not required. To learn more and RSVP, visit namivt.org/community-conversations. For questions, please contact our Program Coordinator at [email protected].
