About Kendra 

Kendra Kenney is an experienced Leasing and Sales Affiliate Broker with Pomerleau Real Estate. Kendra holds a real estate license in both Vermont and Massachusetts, and in 2020 received her Brokers license for Vermont. Kendra works on a variety of commercial real estate transactions ranging from tenant representation to investment sales. She represents retail, office and industrial tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers.

After graduating from Saint Michael’s college in 2010, Kendra began her career at CBRE | New England as a Business Development Assistant for the two Co-Managing Brokers of the office. After five years in Boston, Kendra moved to Vermont where she worked as a commercial realtor for six years with Donahue & Associates. Kendra currently sits on the Board of Special Olympics Vermont, is participating in the 2021 Class of Leadership Champlain and in 2015 was awarded the Vermont Business Magazine Rising Star Award. Kendra also holds a Certificate in Interior Design from the Boston Architecture College.

When she is not in the office, Kendra can be found trail running with her dogs or hitting the slopes in Stowe with her husband Braden.
