Lake Champlain Chamber’s New Workshop Series Aims to Help Professionals Reduce Stress and Boost Productivity

BURLINGTON, VT – (December 9, 2025) Registration is now open for Mindfulness & Resilience for Today’s Professionals, a new workshop series hosted by the Lake Champlain Chamber. This interactive series was created to help professionals reduce stress, boost productivity and strengthen emotional well-being by introducing them to proven techniques such as breathwork, EFT, hypnotherapy, energy healing and more.

Facilitated by longtime local business professional Zuzana Brochu and guest practitioners, sessions will alternate between hands-on practice and facilitated discussions that connect each mindfulness tool to real-world business challenges.

“Our Mindfulness & Resilience for Today’s Professionals series is specifically designed as an experiential learning program for leaders, entrepreneurs and employees,” said Brochu. “We’ll provide the practical tools and strategies needed to cultivate balance and clarity in the face of today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world.”

Participants will gain practical strategies for combating stress, space for reflection and a supportive network of peers.

“At the Lake Champlain Chamber, part of our mission is to cultivate community leadership and nurture emerging talent. The Mindfulness & Resilience series is a direct investment in our region’s workforce,” said Chamber President and CEO Catherine Davis. “By equipping our business owners, leaders and employees with the tools for greater clarity and balance, we are not just supporting individual well-being; we are actively cultivating the resilient leadership that will ensure the long-term success and vitality of our region.”

The series begins on January 7, 2026 and will be held every other Wednesday evening through June 10, 2026 at the Davis Studio in South Burlington. For more info and to register, please visit lccvermont.org/events.
