Nominees are not judged on the number of nominations received and we kindly request that organizations not seek multiple nominations.
Business of the Year Award
The LCC Business of the Year Award honors a leading business with an established history of success and a profound positive social and economic impact on the Lake Champlain region.
Recipients are recognized for outstanding growth in operations and employment, significant achievements in innovation, and superior community involvement through the commitment of time and resources.
Nominees must be Lake Champlain Chamber members.
NonProfit of the Year Award
The LCC Nonprofit of the Year Award honors a nonprofit organization that improves quality of life across the Northwest Vermont region.
Recipients are recognized for their exceptional commitment, effectively leveraging their time, expertise, and resources to create lasting, positive change in our community.
Nominees must be Lake Champlain Chamber members.
Emerging Leader of the Year Award
The Emerging Leader Award recognizes individuals who are setting the pace for the future of our region’s business community.
Honorees are distinguished by their commitment to: highest personal and professional achievement, a profound commitment to our community, and their ability to serve as an inspiring role model for others.
Nominees must live and/or work in Northwest Vermont, and must own or be employed by a Lake Champlain Chamber business or organization. Preference is given to graduates of Leadership Champlain.
Leader of the Year Award *NEW!*
The Leader of the Year Award honors an established professional whose career is defined by exceptional leadership and a deep-seated commitment to the Lake Champlain community.
Honorees are distinguished by their years of significant achievement in their field, their enduring role as a mentor and leader, and their sustained, positive impact on the economic and social well-being of the region.
Nominees must reside in Vermont.
