FreeJLCV is a non-profit organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Members improve the community through hands-on projects, receive training to become effective volunteers, develop leadership skills, and forge new friendships and lifelong affiliations.
