Let's Talk About Mental Health

On Wednesday, September 23, NAMI Vermont is partnering with the Bennington Council Knights of Columbus to bring the Bennington community an evening of connection and learning!

During this 90-minute program, our presenters will share their personal mental health journeys, challenge assumptions about individuals living with mental health conditions, offer a family perspective on supporting a loved one with a mental health condition, and provide valuable information about the programs and services NAMI Vermont offers to all Vermonters. By the end, we hope community members will have a better understanding of the impacts of mental health and leave feeling hopeful!

The best part? This event is FREE & open to the public, and requires no registration to attend. Plus, enjoy light refreshments, courtesy of the Knights of Columbus!
