Need something mellow and romantic? Pick up a basket of cheeses and other local goodies for a picnic on a farm in the Champlain Valley. Watch cheesemaking and tour international award-winning creameries around the state\, or attend special dinners and classes–including some incredible\, dreamy experiences for the cheese-obsessed.
