You’re not alone. \nThe good news is that there’s a huge body of science on how small lifestyle changes can lead to big improvements (think: drinking a cold glass of water in the morning\, not: throwing out all of the snacks in your pantry). By focusing on what really matters to us\, designing a plan that works for our unique lives\, and aligning these plans with research\, it only takes a tiny bit of energy to feel a whole lot better. We can slowly but surely lighten feelings of burnout\, loneliness\, and exhaustion.
