Through initiatives like the Go Red for Women Luncheon and National Wear Red Day\, we are giving women in Vermont the tools they need to overcome heart disease and stroke. \nThe Go Red for Women Luncheon is an opportunity for Vermont women to gather in a fun environment while learning critical information about taking care of themselves and understanding how a healthier lifestyle can benefit themselves and their loved ones.\nThe event features Dr. Ellen Albertson as Keynote Speaker\, a very special Purse-onality Silent Auction\, and a Survivor Speaker. Pre-lunch breakout sessions will include wellness topics including; yoga\, mindfulness\, and meditation.
