LCRCC Presents: Member Benefits

As a business owner, you’re busy doing the work you need to do to move forward. As your partner, we provide resources to help you, so you can focus on doing what you do best.

The Chamber offers a variety of benefits, not only for member organizations but also for your teams.

Benefits for Your Team
Finding and retaining talent are critical challenges for Vermont’s employers. It is important to show your team that you value their contributions, time, and commitment. The Chamber helps with many benefits that you can extend to your employees, including part-time staff. Member to Member discounts (M2M) are exclusive benefits for LCRCC members. Your employees can save on many products and services, including: personal lines insurance, auto detailing, cell phone accessories, Vermont Symphony Orchestra tickets, courses at UVM, massage, and ski passes.

Your Chamber can also help you connect with community engagement and social responsibility opportunities, like our Annual Silent Auction to benefit a local non-profit, BYP’s Kickball Tournament, and introductions to cause marketing partners and community events.

Benefits for Your Business
Your business can save on local advertising, Delta Dental and Vision insurance, Workers Comp insurance, cyber security services, online marketing, office products, and more. Our professional development programs, like Leadership Champlain and Burlington Young Professionals, can help your emerging leaders develop their networks and skills.

Marketing – Members providing M2M offers get cost-effective exposure to their target market through a trusted partner. We promote M2M offers on our web site, eNewsletters, social media, printed materials, New Member Packets (and replacement packets), at events, and direct referrals.  These are only some of the custom marketing solutions (see our Media Kit) that can help you promote your organization to hundreds of thousands of visitors and tens of thousands of local consumers.

Legislative Updates – During the legislative session, our dedicated Government Affairs team tracks and follows bills and proposed legislation for you. They create a weekly Legislative Update email, which helps members understand not only the legislation but also the possible consequences.

Networking (online and in-person) – We produce opportunities – at least one event every month – to help you connect with local business leaders.  Members can also connect directly with other members through our Member Portal.

It’s our job to help you succeed, and we welcome the opportunity to enhance the member benefits that will help you:

Please let us know what you need and how we can help you succeed and grow.
