SUMMARY:Winter Webinar Series: Scrapping Textile Waste
DESCRIPTION:Join Chittenden Solid Waste District (CSWD) for this webinar to explore the full life cycle of household textiles and mattresses — why they often end up in landfills\, how they can be recycled or repurposed\, and what really happens to them after you drop them off at one of CSWD’s facilities. We’ll also be joined by guest speaker Joe Whitten\, Co-Founder and CEO of Apparel Impact\, a family- and veteran-owned company dedicated to keeping textiles out of landfills through reuse and recycling.
