Howard Center presents The Marna and Stephen Wise Tulin 2019 Fall Community Education Series. The series kicks off on September 12 with MAJOR! which follows the life and campaigns of Miss Major Griffin-Gracy, a 73-year-old black transgender woman who has been fighting for the rights of trans women of color for over 40 years. A panel discussion and Q & A moderated by Representative Bill Lippert will follow.
